Couldn’t wait to try Husk, the famous Charleston haunt. It was fun, and I don’t need to go back. So, we ordered lemon meringue pie. What we got was just too weird and didn’t taste that great. It was a lemon custard, wrapped in a dry crust, topped with architectural slabs of dried meringue (no, that’s not white chocolate) and dusted with blueberry powder. Please. I’m not that desperate for dehydrated blueberries!
